What’s New?
Hand-Sewn Hats & Headbands
We’re adding something new to our in‑person markets this season: hand‑sewn alpaca hats and headbands made from our jacquard‑patterned scarf fabric. When a scarf has a small flaw — a missed stitch, a yarn pull, or a partial knit — we repurpose that beautiful alpaca fiber into warm, durable accessories instead of letting it go to waste. It’s a simple way we honor the fiber, reduce waste, and create pieces that still carry the spirit of our original designs.
Fleece Show: A Ribbon for Our Suri!
Bergamot, one of our Suri alpacas, earned Second Place at the PNAA IFA Fleece Show, hosted by the Pacific Northwest Alpaca Association. This award highlights the quality and care behind our breeding and fiber program and reflects our commitment to active participation in the alpaca industry. Every fleece tells a story — and this one took home a ribbon.

Shout Out to Montana Fibershed
This month, we’re highlighting Montana Fibershed, an organization working to build a regenerative, locally rooted textile economy in our state. Their mission brings together Montana’s growers, mills, makers, and artisans so natural fiber can move from soil to finished goods within our own bioregion—supporting land stewardship, small producers, and a thriving creative community.
We’re grateful for their leadership and their commitment to sustainable, Montana‑made textiles. Groups like Montana Fibershed help keep our fiber story vibrant, collaborative, and deeply connected to the land we share. Here’s to the work they’re doing and the community they continue to grow.
