More Fiber!

Shearing season is upon us, and we have already picked up more fiber. We filled another trailer this year and we are not done collecting. Every time we open one of the bags and reach into the cloud of softness, we are in awe what these beautiful animals produce during the year. This is good timing, as our carding machine will be here soon and we will get to process the Montana fiber. Our shearers will be here tomorrow. Our animals always seem very happy after the fiber comes off, as the Montana summer can get pretty hot.
