Our days are filled with learning and knitting. As we explore different knit structures, we see how each one looks, feels and functions. Some knit designs look beautifully, but their structures don’t make great swatches. When we knit different Jacquards, the fabric is stretched either horizontally or vertically. The stitch length plays a big role in the look and feel of the fabric. We program, knit and wash to see what designs, knit structures and sizes will make the perfect scarf. It’s amazing to watch the machine transform cones of yarn, that were once fiber on an animal, and turn it into a beautiful garment.

We have also spent an additional week learning remotely how to program bind-offs, so our fabric no longer unravels at the end. An absolutely amazing process the knitting machine executes. We have put together quite the sample inventory and we look forward to knitting more items for our portfolio.
