Stoll Knitting Machine

The day has finally come! After 3 months of paperwork, shipping logistics, import hurdles and freight forwarding, we finally welcomed our first knitting machine in beautiful Montana. The machine travelled all the way from England on a vessel crossing the Atlantic Ocean, then through the Panama Canal and into the Port of Los Angeles. From there it was moved via container to Helena, Montana and transferred to a flatbed for easier unloading.

The trip did not go without a hitch and without the help of an expert freight forwarder, this process would have been so much more difficult. A local Montana business did an incredible job unloading the 2,000+lb machine. We appreciated all the help during this process and would highly recommend working with a freight forwarder for any imports. We are excited to have the machine here and will begin knitting soon, once power has been connected. So it begins….
